Stay off the roof. From the ground, look for missing shingles, lifted edges, bent flashing or gutters and branches on the roof. Inside, check ceilings and the attic for water. Take photos, put a bucket under any leak and call us. If it is safe to get on the roof, we can tarp the damaged area until the repair is done.
Most roof repairs we sign cost $1,900 to $4,200, and the typical repair is about $3,000, based on about 200 repair-sized jobs since 2021. Damage that reaches the decking or covers a large part of the roof costs more. We give you a written price before any work starts.
Most wind damage can be repaired if the rest of the roof is in good shape. If the shingles are old and brittle, or the damage is spread across several slopes, replacement is often the better value. We show you photos and give you prices for both when it is close.

Repairs are made with materials that match your roof as closely as possible: Owens Corning shingles, new step and counter flashing, ice and water shield and new pipe boots. On flat roofs we repair EPDM rubber with compatible seam tape and flashing.
