Frequently Asked Questions
Most roof repairs we sign cost $1,900 to $4,200, and the typical repair is about $3,000, based on about 200 repair-sized jobs since 2021. Small fixes like a pipe boot or a few shingles can come in lower, and repairs that involve rotted decking or a lot of flashing land higher. We give you a written price before any work starts.
If the shingles still have life left and the problem is in one area, a repair usually makes sense. If the shingles are near the end of their life, the leak is one of several, or the decking is soft in more than one spot, replacement is usually the better value. We show you photos and give you prices for both when it is close.
Put a bucket under it, move belongings out of the way and call us. If the roof is safe to get on, we can tarp the area to keep more water out until the repair is done.
